The Story
Consuela started from humble beginnings, offering bold handbags and home furnishing in a small shop in the Texas Hill Country. After garnering an impressive and fiercely loyal following, they began a large-scale rebrand to reflect their status as a nationally recognized fashion and lifestyle brand. Consuela sought our help to assist with copywriting for their new website and to develop and execute an effective social media strategy.
The Work
Phase 1: The Website
Consuela had been steadily working on designing and developing a new and improved website as a part of their company rebrand. MOD contributed all of the website copy development including product descriptions, individual collection descriptions, page specific verbage, and more in a way that accurately captured the brands unique and distinctive personality.
Phase 2: All Things Social
Consuela had a strong social following however, they reached out to us to make their presence consistent and align with brand objectives. We developed and executed monthly social strategy across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Polyvore and the official Consuela blog. Our strategy was highly effective in maintaining a consistent social presence while expanding their breadth of content as well as successfully promoting increased user engagement.
The Result
Pleased with MOD’s timely and effective copywriting, Consuela’s new website remained on track to launch in 2014. Their social presence has continued to grow with our help and has afforded them significant growth across all platforms. Their social followership now totals well over 13,000, with new followers being added daily.
