Not one to rest for long, Michael can also be found practicing for a Half Ironman, gardening, barbecuing or watching Texas Longhorn football.

Bianca Krause  |  Art Director
Bianca’s early interest in art and typography quickly led to a full-time obsession with visual communication. She attended the University of Texas at Austin, where she built a strong repertoire of journalism, advertising and publication design. At MOD, Bianca continues to pursue this design passion, creating an array of solutions for clients from web design to branding, collateral and more. Her keen eye for design and innate ability to implement high-level design concepts as part of an overall marketing strategy has earned her national recognition, including a special feature as a marketing expert for the show Restaurant Redemption on the Cooking Channel. When she kicks that creativity into low gear, you'll find her snacking at Veggie Heaven, flipping through Communication Arts or shopping for new shoes at her favorite Austin boutiques.

Gina Kirkwood  |  Marketing Manager
Gina is MOD’s resident expert in all things marketing and communications. Her prior experience spans the entire spectrum: from account management, to publication production, to nonprofit marketing, to nearly everything in between. Before joining the MOD team, Gina attended Kansas State University, following suit with a long line of purple-blooded relatives, and earned a degree in Journalism & Mass Communications. Most recently, she lent her talents to an elite Kansas City-based design studio and used her copywriting and marketing skills to help develop campaigns for companies ranging from local startups to national brands, like Buckle and Intuit. Outside of the office, Gina enjoys running, watching college football and basketball and volunteering as a mentor through Big Brothers Big Sisters.

Orlando Villarreal  |  Web Developer
Orlando is a technology enthusiast. He is constantly expanding his knowledge of new platforms, methods and releases to offer our clients innovative digital solutions. He uses a variety of languages like HTML5, CSS, PHP and jQuery to build everything from mobile apps to Wordpress plugins. His background in web development began at the University of Texas at San Antonio and Austin Community College where he gained extensive knowledge of web design and development. Following graduation, Orlando continued to pursue new development projects and began helping the next generation of web enthusiasts build their skills in the ACC tutoring department.

Malary Lee  | Graphic Designer
Malary’s passion for Graphic Design began, fittingly enough, in her high school marketing class. She ultimately decided to pursue design as a career after graduating from Grand View University with a degree in Graphic Design as well as a minor in Photography & Web Design. Since then, Malary has accumulated an impressive portfolio working for corporate and boutique clients such as USBank and Publix. Her favorite design projects typically include typography-driven pieces although her contemporary style lends itself to a clean, modern aesthetic across The MOD Studio’s various design projects. When she’s not busy designing, Malary likes riding her motorcycle and playing with her dogs.

Ellen Wilson  |  Account Coordinator
Ellen’s mastery of marketing comes from not only her expansive background in client relations, sales, customer service and management, but also her knack for all things creative. She has broadened her professional skillset since graduating from the University of Texas at Austin, most recently in a role managing an independently owned hair salon where she perfected a wide variety of skills, from overseeing the operations of an entire business, to strengthening client relationships, to creating the perfect chignon. When Ellen isn’t working, she can be found hanging with her dog Stella, hiking the Greenbelt, traveling and volunteering at Austin Animal Center.
